Our Deluxe Cottage

The Deluxe Cottage is one of our premier self-contained accommodations. This expansive, two-story cottage offers unparalleled privacy and features  breathtaking views of the river.

It can accommodate up to eight guests.

  • 2 roomy queen bedrooms with french doors opening out onto balcony. 1 with ensuite.
  • Main bathroom with spa bath.
  • Kitchen fully equipped with stove oven, microwave, dishwahser, crockery & cutlery
  • 8 seater table
  • Lounge with large digital TV/DVD, CD, with french doors opening out onto extensive balcony overlooking river.
  • Reverse cycle AC with radiant heater
  • 4 burner barbeque on verandah with deck chairs and table to relax and enjoy the gorgeous view.

  DOWNSTAIRS

  • Single bunk beds plus a double futon sofa bed.
  • Bathroom with shower/toilet.
  • Small kitchen sink
  • Digital TV/DVD, games and small library of books
  • French doors opening out onto verandah with deck chairs and large table.
  • 2nd barbeque on lower level access for weddings and larger groups

*Note all cottages are supplied with linen. There is a communal laundry at office as is gym. WiFi access also at office.

Minimum 2 night stay

$450 / night, 2 queen rooms (up to 4 guests)

+ $45 per additional bed (up to 8 guests)

25% surcharge applied during school holiday and long weekend periods.

A minimum 3 nights stay to book during peak periods.

• Christmas and Easter school holidays have a 25% loading.
• 30 day cancellation policy normal times.
• 60 day cancellation policy for xmas holidays.
• 25% DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO CONFIRM BOOKING. NO holding of cottages unless otherwise stated. 
• We hold bookings for 12mnths to rebook.
• Gift vouchers are available also.
