Cottage 2 is one of our exclusive self contained cottages on the banks of the Bellinger River in Bellingen. Come and enjoy the tranquility and a wonderful stay.

• Bathroom with shower/ toilet only not wheel chair access.
• 2 verandahs 1 also overlooking river with a lovely view looking up to Bellingen. The other north facing . Table and chairs on both verandahs
• Very private cottage surrounded by trees
• Parking enough for 2 cars
• Digital TV/DVD,CD, reverse cycle AC, fans

*Note all cottages are supplied with linen, breakfast hamper for first morning. There is a communal laundry at office as is gym. WiFi access also at office.

• Christmas and Easter school holidays have a 20% loading.
• Pet(dog only) are $40 per pet 1 off payment. Only allowed in cottage 1, cottage 2 and the dairy and must stay off the furniture or a cleaning fee may be charged.
• 30 day cancellation policy normal times.
• 60 day cancellation policy for xmas holidays.
• 25% DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO CONFIRM BOOKING. NO holding of cottages unless otherwise stated. 
• During Covid we request a postponement unless otherwise stated.
• We hold bookings for 12mnths to rebook.
• Gift vouchers are available also.
