Cottage 1 is one of our exclusive self contained cottages on the banks of the Bellinger River in Bellingen. Come and enjoy the tranquility and a wonderful stay.

Cottage One Features

• Sleeps up to 6 but 4 comfortably
• It is disable friendly with wheelchair access to shower and toilet with support railings etc.
• There is 1 queen bedroom plus 2 single bunk beds and a double sofa bed in the living room.
• Self contained kitchen, with stove oven ,microwave, bar fridge, crockery , cutlery and a 6 seater table.
• Basic pantry supplies available ie. tea, coffee sugar etc.
• All linen provided
• Digital TV/DVD, CD ,reverse cycle AC & FANS.
• Barbeque outside.
• 2 verandahs one with gorgeous open views of river, other north facing great for sun in winter with table and chairs on both.
• Plenty of parking

*Note all cottages are supplied with linen. There is a communal laundry at office as is gym. WiFi access also at office.

25% surcharge applied during school holiday and long weekend periods.

A minimum 3 nights stay to book during peak periods.

• Christmas and Easter school holidays have a 25% loading.
• Pet(dog only) are $40 per pet 1 off payment. Only allowed in cottage 1, cottage 2 and the dairy and must stay off the furniture or a cleaning fee may be charged.
• 30 day cancellation policy normal times.
• 60 day cancellation policy for xmas holidays.
• 25% DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO CONFIRM BOOKING. NO holding of cottages unless otherwise stated. 
• We hold bookings for 12mnths to rebook.
• Gift vouchers are available also.
