Bathroom with shower/ toilet only not wheel chair access.
2 verandahs 1 also overlooking river with a lovely view looking up to Bellingen. The other north facing . Table and chairs on both verandahs

Parking enough for 2 cars
Digital TV/DVD,CD, reverse cycle AC, fans

*Note all cottages are supplied with linen. There is a communal laundry at office as is gym. WiFi access also at office.

$265, Queen bed (up to 2 guests)

+ $35 per additional bed, up to 4

2 or more nights

$250/ night Queen bed (up to 2 guests)

+ $35 per additional bed, up to 4

25% surcharge applied during school holiday and long weekend periods.

A minimum 3 nights stay to book during peak periods.

Christmas and Easter school holidays have a 25% loading.
Pet(dog only) are $40 per pet 1 off payment. Only allowed in cottage 1, cottage 2 and the dairy and must stay off the furniture or a cleaning fee may be charged.
30 day cancellation policy normal times.
60 day cancellation policy for xmas holidays.
25% DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO CONFIRM BOOKING. NO holding of cottages unless otherwise stated.
We hold bookings for 12mnths to rebook.
